The Zone was a short-lived, magazine style game review program that was broadcast on Saturday mornings to a youth audience. Its early morning timeslot restricted the type of games that could be reviewed. This meant that the more popular, and often more violent games, such as Mortal Kombat, couldn't be shown. In this clip, the team review the racing game, Skitchin'.

Skitchin' was a game developed for the Sega Mega Drive console (Sega Genesis in the US). Players control an inline skater character while holding onto cars, bikes, and trucks ('skitching' is the act of hitching a ride by holding onto a moving vehicle while riding on a skateboard, roller skates or bicycle ). Players are attacked by computer-controlled opponents while racing to the finish and earning character money.

It's interesting to see the quality of game graphics from 1994.
