In 1979, George Miller’s Mad Max roared onto screens and redefined action cinema. This limited-edition 2020 replica of Max Rockatansky’s iconic yellow Main Force Patrol Interceptor is a testament to the film's enduring legacy. Every detail has been obsessively crafted to thrill the diehard Mad Max collector, from its bold yellow, red, and blue paintwork to the meticulously recreated seats and dashboard. The original car? A 1974 Ford Falcon (XB) sedan, once a real Victorian police vehicle. Its rugged design mirrored Max’s relentless pursuit of justice on Australia’s open roads. And while 14 vehicles met a fiery end in the film’s high-octane chase scenes, Max’s Interceptor survived unscathed.
