There is no application fee for making an FOI request or a request for internal review.

We will provide copies of the documents you have requested once access has been approved and after we have received any applicable charges. Alternatively, you can arrange to inspect documents at our offices in Canberra, Sydney or Melbourne.
Documents released to you under the FOI Act will also be published online on our Disclosure Log.
You can request in writing that we reconsider our decision through an internal review. You can also ask the Australian Information Commissioner to review our original decision or our decision on internal review within 60 days of the date of decision (or 30 days after you are notified if you are an affected third party).
