A film processing machine. Modern motion picture laboratories use the continuous processor, a machine that provides the most efficient way of handling long lengths of film. The continuous processor moves film through the appropriate sequences of developers, rinse, fixers, washes, and dryer at a carefully controlled speed.
The processor also controls solution temperature and agitation to produce optimum results for the particular kind of film being processed.
