Rags-to-riches tales don’t get any more delightful and heartfelt than Annie, which sees the titular orphan (Aileen Quinn) sing her way out of the clutches of the pernicious Miss Hannigan (Carol Burnett) and into the heart of eccentric billionaire Oliver Warbucks (Albert Finney).

Based on the hit Broadway musical, this original 1982 film adaptation is full of much-loved musical numbers and supported by excellent comedic turns from Tim Curry and Bernadette Peters. It’s a true gem for the whole family to enjoy.
