The story of a group of children from Woolloomooloo in Sydney who are 'goodies' and 'baddies' when it comes to the adventure of Fatty Finn and his friends as they enter Fatty's pet goat Hector in a race. -- General notes: The film was made on location in Woolloomooloo streets and the Potts Point home of theatrical entrepreneur, Hugh Ward. The goat race is real, held in Rockhampton as goat racing was by then banned in NSW. Director / producer Tal Ordell's son, Robin ('Pop'), plays Fatty. The script was based on Syd Nicholls' comic strips in the Sydney 'Sunday News' newspaper
