On a fateful night in 2006, a 26-year-old mother of two had her life torn apart by a head-on collision with a drunk driver tearing down a dirt road.

Elizika lost two precious things after the horrific accident: Bevaanee, her beautiful ten-week-old baby girl; and her own ability to walk.

Eight years later Elizika shares her story of survival. It's a tale of courage, resilience and strength from a young woman who has beaten the odds and dreams of walking again.
