Pictured is the CD release for Pacifica (2012), the third studio album of electronic duo Kim Moyes and Julian Hamilton, AKA the Presets. It peaked at No. 3 on the ARIA charts. The distorted image on the cover is reminiscent of a .wav audio file, which feels like a relevant visual for two people who led the explosion of Australian dance music in the late 2000s. The pair met as students at the Sydney Conservatorium of Music in 1995 before their careers skyrocketed in 2008 with their second album Apocalypso.
