This Astral TI Super 8 instant load camera is a cute point-and-shoot camera – nothing too fancy except for the wood laminate on its case. Inside the camera is an original Super 8mm film cartridge. After filming a roll, the budding filmmaker would then have to mail it to a Kodak lab for processing, which could take anywhere from four days to several weeks. Waiting to see the finished product was exciting and required patience, a trait that might seem strange or difficult for those used to instantaneous-view digital technology.
