It ran for six years on free-to-air TV on the Nine Network and was hosted by Richard Wilkins, and in this episode, which aired in October 1987, Wilkins is joined by co-host Malinda Rutter, a former Simon Townsend's Wonder World! reporter.
This clip opens with the iconic MTV logo before Wilkins introduces his interview with rock singer Huey Lewis.
