Excerpted from the surviving raw footage of an ATV-O April Dateline70 story on the forthcoming Ban, seen here are several Melbourne radio DJs of the time in action, including Bill Gates (3UZ), Graeme Boyd (3AK), Sam Anglesey (3UZ) and Laurie (Lobo) Bennett (3XY), with Boyd seen playing Normie Rowe’s Hello, a disc soon to be removed from the airwaves. Also included here is story reporter Tim Skinner acknowledging ABC Radio would now become the only network officially allowed to present the sounds of the banned discs!
