Peter is forced to rediscover imagination and play and confront the cost of forgetting the wonder of childhood. Hook reframes a familiar myth as a story about parenthood, memory and the struggle to hold onto joy amid adult responsibility.
Tinkerbell is played by Julia Roberts and Maggie Smith and Gwyneth Paltrow play old and young Wendy. The film’s cult status owes much to its impressive production values and musical score by John Williams.
