Did you know that a very young Jimeoin was on Perfect Match? Jimeoin and his match Gabrielle were sent to Jupiter’s Casino on Queensland's Gold Coast. Host Cameron Daddo interviewed the pair afterwards to see how they were getting on, but alas, they were anything but a perfect match.

Jimeoin, who was still a few years from becoming a live-comedy fixture and screen actor, gives a brutal assessment of his date. But he also seems to be treating the whole experience as a bit of a lark. He has the grace to look embarrassed while watching back some of his more cutting post-date interview comments when he's seated on the couch next to Gabrielle. This segment is a good example of why Perfect Match was so popular – along with the hope of finding a life partner, seeing the results of a disastrous date like this one made for compelling television.
