  • In the early days of his career, 'Rusty' was cast in several blue collar roles, such as this one. By 1989, Crowe had played a couple of television roles (Neighbours, Living with the Law), but his film career was about to take off. The following year he starred in The Crossing, and won his first awards in 1991 with Proof.

    This instructional film is an outline of how rehabilitation programs are administered in Australian Commonwealth Agencies, with specific reference to the role of the case manager.
