JB HiFi Voucher Terms and Conditions
  1. The Promoter is: National Film and Sound Archive of Australia (ABN 41 251 017 588) whose registered office is located at McCoy Cct, Acton ACT 2601.
  2. The Competition is: Exhibition Survey JB HiFi Voucher Competition.
  3. The Prize is: $50 JB HiFi Voucher, redeemable online or in-store at relevant JB HiFi-branded outlets.
  4. The Closing Date is: 21 November 2021.
  5. The Competition is open to residents of Australia aged 16 years and over except employees of the Promoter, their close relatives, or anyone with a personal or professional association with the Promoter or the Competition.
  6. There is no entry fee and no purchase is necessary to enter this Competition.
  7. By entering this Competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  8. The rules of the Competition and how to enter are as follows: Complete the NFSA Exhibition Attendance Survey and provide your contact details to enter the Competition for a chance to win one (1) of ten (10) $50 JB Hi-Fi vouchers. 
  9. Details of how to enter the Competition are made available via the NFSA Facebook, Instagram and Twitter social media accounts and require submission of an online form. 
  10. Only one entry per person will be accepted. Multiple entries received from the same entrant will be disqualified.
  11. The Closing Date for entering the Competition is 21 November 2021/22:00 AEDT. Competition entries not received by the Promoter prior to the Closing Date will be immediately disqualified.
  12. The Promoter is not responsible or liable for any competition entries not received by the closing date for any reason.
  13. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, alter or amend the Competition, the Prize, and these terms and conditions without notice. Any changes to the Competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the Promoter.
  14. The Promoter is not responsible or liable for any inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third-party entity associated or connected with this Competition.
  15. Prizes are subject to availability, non-transferable, and no cash or alternatives will be offered by the Promoter.
  16. Winners will be chosen at random from all valid entries received and verified by the Promoter or its agents.
  17. The winners will be notified by physical mail, email or platform-specific messaging features on Twitter/Facebook within 28 days of the Closing Date subject to their nominated primary contact address at the time of Competition entry. 
  18. Winners are required to claim their Prize by return message or physical mail within 14 days of notification.
  19. If a winner cannot be contacted on the contact details provided in their Competition entry or they do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and randomly select a replacement winner.
  20. The Promoter’s discretion in respect of all matters relating to the Competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  21. By entering this Competition, an entrant indicates their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  22. The Competition and its terms and conditions contained herein are governed by Australian law and any disputes that may arise will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
  23. The Promoter will publish a list of winners on the NFSA website (www.nfsa.gov.au) following completion of the Competition and Prize award.
  24. This Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered or associated with JB Hi-Fi, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, or any other agent or entity referred within these Competition Terms and Conditions.
  25. Privacy Statement – The Promoter is required to comply with the Privacy Act 1988 (Privacy Act). In accordance with the Privacy Act, the Promoter may collect certain personal information about the Competition entrant, including the entrant’s name, physical address, email address, social media handle(s) and written/selected feedback for the purpose of conducting the Competition, announcing the Competition winners, and the NFSA Exhibition Survey.
  26. The Promoter may use and/or disclose the entrant’s name for the sole purpose of announcing the Competition winners in any of its publications (in any form, including print or other medium) and on the NFSA website (www.nfsa.gov.au).
  27. All other personal information collected by the Promoter will be used and accessed solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to any third-party without the entrant’s prior written consent.
