Returning to their small country town after a camping trip, Ellie (Caitlin Stasey) and her friends discover that Australia has been invaded by an aggressive foreign army and their lives are in danger.

Cut off from all help and with their old lives gone, Ellie and her friends are forced to confront how far they are willing to go to fight for their home. Outnumbered and outmatched, the group must rely on their wits – and each other – to survive.

Bringing the beloved Australian novel to life, Tomorrow, When The War Began offers an action-packed story of friendship and survival in the face of war.

‘This is a movie that packs in a lot of very cool action while still addressing its themes intelligently. It’s one to seek out’ – Aisle Seat
