Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone – 35MM PG

Young orphan Harry Potter (Daniel Radcliffe) goes from living under the stairs at the mercy of his cruel aunt (Fiona Shaw) and uncle (Richard Griffiths) to discovering he is a wizard, enrolled in the magical Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry.
As Harry begins to learn magic, he also starts to discover the truth about his parents and the evil wizard Voldemort under the guidance of enigmatic Headmaster Professor Dumbledore (Richard Harris) and the friendly gamekeeper Hagrid (Robbie Coltrane).
Uncovering a plot that may bring Voldemort back to life, Harry and his friends Hermione (Emma Watson) and Ron (Rupert Grint) must brave thrilling dangers to keep the philosopher’s stone safe and prevent evil from rising again.
