A fictional account of the sinking of the H.M.H.S. Britannic off the Greek island of Kea in November 1916. This explores the theory of a German Agent sabotaging the liner, a hospital ship.

Preceded by Hospitals Don't Burn Down (1977, M, 24 mins), a disturbingly realistic film about a fire in a high-rise hospital. It dramatically demonstrates the results of good and bad emergency training and the need for all personnel to learn basic fire drills.
