Non-theatrical Loans
Non-Theatrical screenings are those where titles are exhibited on a non-commercial basis (where no direct admission charge is levied) to the following organisations: educational, cultural, social and religious institutions, community groups, churches, film societies, government bodies, hospitals, libraries, museums and galleries.

- Administration and checking fees apply to all loans.
- Normal loan fees include outward freight within Australia. The borrower is responsible for the cost of return freight. For international loans, borrowers are required to pay all freight costs to and from the NFSA Canberra office.
- *Note special offer of one free bonus 16mm Short film (less than 30 min) with each 16mm film borrowed (eg 1 x Feature plus 1 x Short, or 2 x Shorts)
- **All films in the 6 film package offer must be less than 30 minutes each, with total running time for the package to be less than 120 minutes
Conditions of Loan:
All screening loans from NFSA are subject to the current Conditions of Loan.

Loan Damage and Insurance Information Sheet:
Borrowers are responsible for NFSA collection items whilst on loan and during transit. NFSA recommends that all borrowers read the Loan Damage and Insurance Information Sheet prior to loaning items.

Screening Loans Registration Form:
Organisations wishing to loan NFSA items for screening must submit a completed Screening Loans Registration Form.
