Duty Manager - Several positions (Various): APS 3, Non Ongoing, $53,016 - $59,047 pa (full time equiv.)
Acton, Canberra, Access and Outreach
The National Film and Sound Archive of Australia’s (NFSA) Access and Outreach Branch requires casual Duty Managers to assist with its cinema and events activities. As the Duty Manager you will work closely with the Public Programs and Front of House Administrator and Theatre Manager on the operational and delivery requirements of the NFSA’s screenings, venue hire and events programs. For many events and screenings you will be directly responsible for the smooth running of activities.
This is a non-ongoing opportunity offered for a period of 12 months, with the possibility of extension. There are several casual vacancies.

Front of House - Several positions (Various): APS 2, Non Ongoing, $46,620 - $51,477 pa (full time equiv.)
Acton, Canberra, Access and Outreach
The National Film and Sound Archive of Australia’s (NFSA) Access and Outreach Branch requires skilled and enthusiastic Front of House team members to provide Reception services and assist with its public programs, events, school and cinema bookings activities. As a Front of House team member at the NFSA, you will meet and greet visitors and handle enquiries from internal and external clients. You will maintain the schools booking database, the Front of House roster, NFSA activities calendar and collate and record accurate visitor numbers and demographics. You will be the face of the NFSA to the thousands of people who visit each year.
This is a non-ongoing opportunity offered for a period of 12 months, with the possibility of extension. There are two part-time and several casual vacancies.
