Employment vacancies

The NFSA welcomes applicants from all backgrounds and encourages Indigenous Australians, people with a disability and people from diverse cultural backgrounds to apply for roles in the NFSA.

The NFSA has a Workplace Diversity Program (PDF, 380 KB) that guides the NFSA in attracting, recruiting, developing and retaining a culturally diverse workforce and restates our commitment to provide staff with a supportive work environment that is free from discrimination and bullying. The NFSA also strives to be a socially inclusive organisation. It is the responsibility of all NFSA employees to implement this Program.
